At Arid Valok Continental Ltd, we are committed to providing only 100% original HP toner cartridges, inks, and printing supplies. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and straightforward Return & Refund Policy to ensure your confidence when shopping with us.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You received the wrong item or model number.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Your return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Opened or used toner cartridges cannot be returned, unless proven defective.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via

    within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number, Invoice, and Reason for Return.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once approved, please return the item to our Lagos office:

3. Refund Options

After inspection and approval of the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through one of the following:

  • Bank Transfer (for online payments or bank deposits)

  • Store Credit (for future purchases)

  • Product Replacement (if preferred)

Refunds are issued for the product cost only; delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used toner cartridges

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased under “Clearance” or “Bulk Discount” promotions

  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach photos or videos showing the issue to help us process your claim quickly.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund after verification.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong model delivered (e.g., HP 201A instead of HP 207A)

  • Verified defective items

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
